http://www.weightwatchers.com/index.aspx is a excellent place to go, but if you want to skip calculating everything yourself number after number there are programs which you can buy, punch in all of the foods you eat during the day and it calculates your total calorie intake along with carbs, stout, energy, etc., it’s also height, size and weight specific to give you recommendations and advice on what to do as far as what you’re eating. I’ve used it for one of my nutrition classes and it works surprisingly well. Sorry I can’t remember the exact name of the program that used but it makes things a lot simpler considering you can save everything to your profile so you don’t have to keep adding and re-adding different ingredients on a website, simply change it on the profile you’ve made. Hopefully everything works out for ya..

NutritionData (http://www.nutritiondata.com/) is a fantastic website for calculating nutritional content of foods. You can input recipes with the exact quantities and it will give you loads of detailed information. You can also sign in and save your recipes so you can refer back to them at any time.

This website also gives you data on the Glycemic Index and Fullness Factor of foods or recipes.
