How long do allergy shots last?

If we get allergy shots for pollen, dust, cats as well as dogs for 1 year, how prolonged can a goods last?

    Really, only one year of shots may not give you any relief at all. I was on shots for two years before I noticed that it was doing any excellent. Once you get built up to maintenance level and discontinue the shots, they will probably last over ten years. It has been over ten years since I finished my allergy shots and I still have most of the benefits. I hope they last for life.

    To be honest, probably not as long as you’d like. I just started shots a few months ago and they told me straight up, it would be about a 5 year process. More often at first and then gradually tapering off. 10 years is probably a excellent estimate, as I’ve read that they don’t last a lifetime. :(
